      Work from home which is only temporary

      Cons

      Hours increase every year while commissions decrease. You are just a number in this company and can easily be replaced by the next person off the street who can pass an insurance license exam

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
