      Pros

      If you put in the work you make pretty good money. Saving more not driving and working from home. Great manager, can't stress how important that is. Also winning prizes for putting in the work is nice, actually I have had a great time working here so far, very meaningful to be able to help people all day.

      Cons

      Restructuring of comp comes of shady bc it's kind of often and has yet to be structured in favor of the agent to my knowledge. Lead generation needs work. You will thrive if you are a self starter and money motivated, if not you will do poorly.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
