      Pros

      you can make great money working there I was shy of hitting 100K my first year

      Cons

      Once the company went public it was all about the money, commissions were getting cut in half from the time I started to the time I ended. Management was just as clueless as you were. So much shuffling around.

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Cons

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
