The managers are sarcastic and rude, There is a culture that is non conducive to the success of the agent. They constantly change the metrics and do not explain the changes, until its too late for you to course correct. But mainly the managers are sleazy life insurance sales people who think that making you like them will help you protect families better. Its boring, repetitive work, and if you have half a brain you should do something else. Also they pretend that you can make alot of money. Lies. You can if you find a way to keep up with the constant changes. If you work here keep your head down and sale as much term life as you can regardless of if its helpful to the client.
