      Pros

      You get paid a great salary but it is hard work especially starting from scratch and learning everything from the ground up. If you devote yourself and meet your sales goals each month then you will be set! The managers are great also, very helpful when needed! They check on you weekly when doing a remote job to make sure your doing good and if you need anything. Great company to work for!

      Cons

      Hard work, long hours, lots of deadlines to meet and requires a lot of self motivation on your end to achieve sales goals for bonuses

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
