Pros

paid training, excellent training, opportunities to make bonuses during training, computer and supplies sent right to your front door after hired.

Cons

The high standards to try and make bonuses. The way to make the bonuses are more unattainable then attainable. Hours of working are way to much. If you try and take time off for (doctors appointment, anything that you need to take care of: good luck)! There is no integrity with the other employees, they will take your sales when someone calls for you. And management encourages it! They call it a one day close. They tell you that you can make all this money and you won't. They nickel and dime you for missing on different things, taking away your bonuses. YOU WOULD BE BETTER OFF GOING TO A COMPANY THAT DOES ALLOW YOU TO MAKE YOUR OWN HOURS AND TREATS YOU WITH RESPECT!

Pros

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

Cons

Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
