      Pros

      Very flexible with schedule. Ability to take off for appointments or last minute needs. Availability to occasionally work from home (even when not in a remote environment). Willingness to try new things, new approaches, and tests.

      Cons

      Technology and systems are hardly reliable. Scrambling to patch things together is frequent. Reporting and results given often need to be scrubbed or is only directionally accurate. Do not take care of their people in terms of promotions and pay. Would rather hire new than promote from within. Very much a good ole boy system.

      Pros

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
