      Pros

      Incoming leads, remote work, can make a lot of money if willing to work hard. Good management and great company benefits.

      Cons

      The clientele cussed me out for no reason, sometimes you have food calls, but if you get 17 bad calls in a row, it’s very mentallly hard to keep going. This job is all mental fortitude. You must be good at sales, although you are provided with a very good script, but you still really have to be a sales person to succeed.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
