      SelectQuote has an amazing culture consisting of leaders who have insisted on inclusive, diverse and autonomous ways of working. It's a "push your sleeves up and jump in" type of work environment. Ideas are encouraged and hard work is appreciated.

      Easy & smooth onboarding + fantastic training.

      Cons

      The hiring process is not immediate or quick however the time from initial interview to training was not more than a month.

      It’s a very large company.

      Management is terrible in most cases. There are a few good ones, but they eventually fire them and replace them with a sycophant.
