      Pros

      Remote work/ if you work hard and KEEP track of your commission you can get paid well.

      Cons

      They don’t care about anyone, you are disposable to them. Lots of turnover. You feel like a herd of animals just doing and saying whatever they want you too. It’s something different each day sometimes things change multiple times a day and your manager doesn’t know what’s going on either so don’t bother asking them. You have to kiss butt to move up in that company. Weirdos

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
