      Pros

      Training, PTO, Management, Schedule and coworkers are great.

      Cons

      I was hired as a temp for the busy season. SelectQuote was able to keep more permanent agents but only to cut sales calls from 8 hrs to three hours a day. Those five hours of not selling was to be enrolling clients which was far less money than selling.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
