Have been here over 10 years, have seen a lot of things, and a lot of good people left, including case specialists and agents. While I have no plan to leave now, but I would not5 recommend this company. It has changed for better and worse. Bigger, but worse attitude to employees. I thought their agents must be happy cause they make more money than I do, but was surprised they are not! We all feel they dump so much work on us, but our paycheck is shrinking! I do not know all reasons why, as I dislike politics. My husband makes good money, otherwise I too may think of leaving
