      How much you make is completely up to how much do you want to work, there is no limit to the possibility for exponential income growth, they train their managers in a 4 week, comprehensive amazingly forward thinking course. They use the latest software programs and LMS

      Cons

      The are always evolving based on client and market demands, so don't get too comfortable ion one position, because that's when you will be switched to a new department.

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
