Pros

Cant think of any thing good about the place.

Cons

9 different pay plans in 2 years. When a pay plan is working, they change it on you. Most reps are making less money now than they were making 2 years ago. There has ben a 98% turn over of the sales team in the past 2 years. 120 people were hired for the December 2021 training class - 6 months later or 4 remain with the company.

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

Cons

Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
