Management knows who you are, you are not a number. Competitive salary. Friendly, productive environment. You can manage your income by staying on the phones. For the most opportunities, it is best to be licensed in Life and Health. Property and Casualty is a possibility as well. If you are not licensed you can quickly go through recommended study program in 2-3 weeks. Technology driven company. New Hire classes starting monthly or every 2 months. Paid training and ramp up from class start date.

Cons

Long hours, weekends during AEP. Very fast paced environment. Must be able to use multiscreen computer.

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

Cons

Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
