Pros

The job is fully remote

Cons

Dialer that does not stop all day (600-700 calls) full of mislead senior citizens trying to get them to complete a "medicare review" by transferring them to a licensed agent who is really trying to sell them a brand new plan. The attendance policy is atrocious They have thought of every way to take your monthly bonus away from you. Attendance, availability, failing QA etc.

Pros

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

Cons

Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
