      Pros

      Remote and flexible work schedule

      Cons

      Call center with daily goals. Once you start reaching your goals, they will move you to a new position considered a "promotion". You will make less money due to daily goals being more difficult to be met. Most people end up leaving sooner than later. Very high turnover. I would recommend looking elsewhere. This is not a place for a "career".

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
