      Pros

      I am remote nights off paid holidays and I got to see my girls grow up unlike before having to work 6 days/ nights a week

      Cons

      It's all a numbers game what I don't see as fair is I was in the middle of a fmla claim. When I took a day to go up to my mdos office I get home my manager calls me and fires me for being at the bottom I had missed a lot of work due to doc apps

      My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

      Cons

      Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
