WFH, inbound calls, little to no cold calling, good pay…
Cons
Good pay if you’re good at the sales aspect. Sometimes marketing can confuse seniors and make them think we can provide things we can’t. Advancement opportunities are slim, but an average or above salesman can easily clear $65K+ annually

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.
Cons
Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
