GREAT people - really enjoyed working with all of my coworkers. Company does try to give back to their employees. I worked there when it was mostly work from home so I didn't get the full experience of the company culture but in an in-office environment, the company culture would have been amazing.
Cons
Business was pivoting and growing very rapidly so there were a lot of organization changes happening all the time. I felt the company lacked a clear vision for a while shortly after the IPO.

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.
Cons
Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
