Pros

You get to work from home

Cons

Tons of lies. Leads are not warm, you get recycled garbage leads and are pressured to make old people switch their policies. If your numbers are not up they will lay you off. The pay is not what they tell you, they are all lies and the comp plan changes constantly. No career advancement and they hold your license hostage for 6 months if you leave. It is a call center from home. Also micromanaged to the max. Equivalent to a sweat shop.

Pros

My coworkers from the Wilmington branch were some of the best people I've worked for.

Cons

Empty promises, Unfair Treatment.felt like I was on an Island. I started as 1 of 4 CSR reps in Wilmington. One of the four was remote but they refused to let the other 3 be remote. Eventually all reps left accept for me. My manager was in the Kansas office. I was paying $50 a month for a parking pass & commuting. I asked since I was the last one & that they made it clear they were only going to hire for Kansas going forward can I be remote & they refused....Eventually they decided to stop paying the absorbant rent for downtown Wilmington & made everyone remote. Soon after they shut down that branch entirely.
