This job starts at a high salary and there are regular breaks. You start at above minimum wage and the pay raise is after the three month probation period ends.

Work is fast paced and everyone expects you to catch on right away. There is bad communication between departments. Failure to complete allotted work results in loss of holiday pay even if they ask you to come in to work on a day that was supposed to be a holiday. Slow shipping time for equipment needed for work.
