Good environment, loads of exciting work, some processes raises questions, nice range of benefits, opportunity to grow.

Cons

Office policy non existing, things could've been quicker, level of spoken English for some could've been better.

Pros

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.
