Hi! We appreciate the comments. Now that we are over 50 employees in the US office, we are looking into better quality and more beneficial healthcare for all our employees along with our continuing efforts to evaluate all salaries throughout the year. As it relates to room for advancement, we've had multiple shifts internal this year so far. Anywhere from lateral moves due to an employee's interest in another department to management/vertical moves that an employee was promoted to. We are very proud of those moves and we continue to promote growth within the company. Thanks again for your comments. Please feel free to contact us directly if you see that there are other improvements we can work on!

Cons

There's a lot to learn, which isn't a con - but something good to know.

Pros

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.

Dear Sender, We're sorry to hear that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We recognize that developing and scaling a successful channel program comes with challenges, which is why we invest in hiring experienced specialists for these roles. As with any performance-driven position, managers may ask questions, provide guidance, and regularly review progress to help teams stay aligned with business goals. We understand that these interactions can be perceived differently depending on individual experiences. We appreciate your perspective and wish you all the best in your future career. Yours, the Semrush Team
