Pros

SEMrush is an amazing company to have on your resume, especially if you're looking to make a career in the tech industry. There are opportunities to travel all over the country and maybe even the world, go to conferences to help you grow and learn in your specific field, work with people internationally, and learn from some of the best in the business. There are also work from home days, which is great. SEMrush is pretty lax environment as long as you work hard and don't slack off. You also get to work with really great co-workers who will turn into friends.

Cons

A lot of the management is in Europe, so it can be hard to get a hold of them during US business hours. The company prides itself on having a "flat-structure" but it's not really, we're a US company that is still using European culture values - this has to change.

Pros

Very thorough onboarding and enablement process. Great culture and people. Excellent company & team communication.

Cons

There's a lot to learn, which isn't a con - but something good to know.

Pros

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.

Dear Sender, We're sorry to hear that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We recognize that developing and scaling a successful channel program comes with challenges, which is why we invest in hiring experienced specialists for these roles. As with any performance-driven position, managers may ask questions, provide guidance, and regularly review progress to help teams stay aligned with business goals. We understand that these interactions can be perceived differently depending on individual experiences. We appreciate your perspective and wish you all the best in your future career. Yours, the Semrush Team
