The main asset for the company is people and that's true because you are always surrounded by care: starting from all office facilities and ending with your personal professional needs. SEMrush pays attention to educating the employees: having both an internal education team which runs courses for employees and also a specialist who is in charge of searching for opportunities for external education of every team and every employee.

Cons

SEMrush is a company that reacts to all changes in the industry really fast and it is very good and even crucial for today's business environment. As an employee, you have to be flexible to changes, which sometimes difficult for some people.

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.
