Pros

They have the right stuff when it comes to mindset and actions. Dynamic work environment, proper staff empowerment, trust, and respect given. Highly motivational & fun work atmosphere that allows you to be the best you can be. Leadership is open-minded and agile. So refreshing to see the absence of arrogance in the senior leadership team. HR support is amazing too.

I have experienced none so far.

Pros

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.
