Great environment in terms of colleagues, teams, and training. Free food and stocked fridge with sweets at all times. Schedule flexibility and hands off management structure.

Cons

Pay is on the lower end of the competitive payscale. Management does not always provide the best feedback our make the most out of team meetings.

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.
