Pros

Teammates were very helpful and nice to work with.

Cons

Management over the content department went through leadership changes almost 2 weeks into the new role. In only 4 months of being there , my supposed to be manager (who never once took the time to get to know me as a new member of her team and other than onboarding, never had a 1:1 meeting or chat with me) decided I wasn't worth her time. I can go into all of the work and extensive training I did with them, but to keep it short, any time she did schedule a meeting, it was only to give lengthy and harsh feedback to a very short work time. You don't ever want to work for a place where your manager(s) don't even care about you. In 15 years of work experience, this one was by far the worst.

We do work hard, and during this time there is extra effort put in not by just our new hire, but their teammate and manager as well. All employees here are expected to be working in the same direction from day 1 in the company. Very thorough onboarding and enablement process. Great culture and people. Excellent company & team communication.

Cons

There's a lot to learn, which isn't a con - but something good to know.

Pros

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.
