Pros

Remote work is enjoyable, easy to access other employers and the coworkers are all close.

Cons

Paid the bare minimum and the pay structure is inconsistent each month with changes being brought to us. Over worked and underpaid. This company has a very high turnover rate because no one is happy with what they are paid and it is unlivable. Management does not seem to care when you express your needs for better pay and continues to find loop holes.

Pros

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.

Dear Sender, We're sorry to hear that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We recognize that developing and scaling a successful channel program comes with challenges, which is why we invest in hiring experienced specialists for these roles. As with any performance-driven position, managers may ask questions, provide guidance, and regularly review progress to help teams stay aligned with business goals. We understand that these interactions can be perceived differently depending on individual experiences. We appreciate your perspective and wish you all the best in your future career. Yours, the Semrush Team
