Pros

Good salary. Lots of social benefits. Nice, comfortable office. Management is open to dialogue. Interesting product.

Cons

Lots of work. Product data and algorithms are shady. Depending on a team, you could have a hard time trying to communicate and solve problems. Even management sometimes couldn't impact team decisions to fire someone

Dear Sender, Thank you for the feedback and such a high score for Semrush. It is true that the teams, especially in the Product and Development departments, can influence decisions within the Company. We attribute it to the atmosphere of freedom that we talk about so often. And yes, there is a lot of work here. But work hard–play hard is also perfectly valid for Semrush. We strive to keep work-life balance for our employees. We appreciate your opinion. It will be useful for potential candidates. Yours, Semrush Team

Pros

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.

Dear Sender, We're sorry to hear that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We recognize that developing and scaling a successful channel program comes with challenges, which is why we invest in hiring experienced specialists for these roles. As with any performance-driven position, managers may ask questions, provide guidance, and regularly review progress to help teams stay aligned with business goals. We understand that these interactions can be perceived differently depending on individual experiences. We appreciate your perspective and wish you all the best in your future career. Yours, the Semrush Team
