Flexible work schedule and remote work. Upper management is very supportive.

Cons

Very low pay for the amount of work asked. This is almost the entire sales cycle for very little pay compared to the rest of the industry.

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.
