Pros

The company offers excellent benefits for self-improvement, mental and physical health. There's a strong emphasis on work-life balance, which is respected across teams. No micromanagement — managers trust their teams and give them the autonomy to do their best work. The culture is genuinely people-focused, with support for professional development and personal well-being. Processes are clear and well-documented, which makes collaboration smooth and expectations easy to understand.

Cons

No major cons — just the usual challenges that come with growth and change, but the leadership is transparent and communicative about them.

Pros

None, get ready to be micro managed and have unobtainable quotas.

Cons

Management is clueless on how to run a channel program. US team is run like a college frat with condescending management. No official PIP, they will invite you to a meeting with HR and fire you.

Dear Sender, We're sorry to hear that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations. We recognize that developing and scaling a successful channel program comes with challenges, which is why we invest in hiring experienced specialists for these roles. As with any performance-driven position, managers may ask questions, provide guidance, and regularly review progress to help teams stay aligned with business goals. We understand that these interactions can be perceived differently depending on individual experiences. We appreciate your perspective and wish you all the best in your future career. Yours, the Semrush Team
