Pros

- Sendlane values a positive work culture and does so much to make sure employees enjoy being in the office every day. - Team building activities every month give co-workers the opportunity to get to know one another better and build stronger relationships inside & outside the workplace. - You may start in one position and find yourself doing something completely different 6 months later, a year later, 2 years later. That's the beauty of a start up, constantly learning and growing in new areas. - Management is always very understanding of personal matters and obligations. - Flexibility in your schedule and Flex Fridays! (Optional work from home day) - #1 The chance to be a part of BUILDING something from the ground up is an awesome experience. - Get stupid good at ping pong and impress all your friends

Cons

- Can be difficult dealing with constant change and evolution, hiccups in the road, learning experiences etc. (but that's just the start up life!) - The company is growing very quickly so at times you might feel a little lost in the shuffle, just ask for direction and speak up.

Pros

Flexible remote work, good culture in the beginning

Cons

Very cliquey group, and not necessarily for the reasons of shared company success. Lack of forecasting; You never know which department might see cuts next, but the one consistent piece is, there WILL be department cuts.
