Dear "under the radar" team member, I'm sorry you feel this way towards the leadership and your position. Though in the last 6 months, we've hired 17 people and only terminated 3 and 1 quit.. .we find it really hard to say.. there's high turnover.. We understand when people exit a company, for whatever reason, it can be upsetting. That's why we strive to be as transparent as possible. We let the team know what's up...every time. People leave jobs. They aren't a fit. Doesn't mean they aren't good people. Maybe they aren't. I wish i could keep 100% of the people we hire..
