Creativity and new ideas are always welcomed and tested! Your opinion matters (good or bad) and the leadership team takes your feedback seriously. Overall, great company that truly cares about its employees!

Cons

Working for a startup comes with both pro and cons. Growing pains are natural. Sometimes working nights or weekends are needed, but doesn't happen often. At the end of the day, it's really up to you to create a work-life balance that works for you!

Flexible remote work, good culture in the beginning

Cons

Very cliquey group, and not necessarily for the reasons of shared company success. Lack of forecasting; You never know which department might see cuts next, but the one consistent piece is, there WILL be department cuts.
