Probably the smartest, most involved CEO I have had the pleasure of working with. Leadership is 100% transparent in every decision made, so you are never in the dark with current or future plans/projects. The team is world class – hard working, so smart, and perfectly hired for each role. Great benefits, a very laid back culture, and a cool product.

Cons

If you're someone who needs structure and perfectly planned out days/weeks, this is not the place for you. You need to be a hard working self-starter, or you will fail.

Flexible remote work, good culture in the beginning

Cons

Very cliquey group, and not necessarily for the reasons of shared company success. Lack of forecasting; You never know which department might see cuts next, but the one consistent piece is, there WILL be department cuts.
