We are growing fast so it can be a bit rocky as people find their place in the company. This is common among startups so not a con but a challenge we are working through.

Very cliquey group, and not necessarily for the reasons of shared company success. Lack of forecasting; You never know which department might see cuts next, but the one consistent piece is, there WILL be department cuts.
