- quota is over complicated and disputes are frequent, normally not ending in the reps favor - Unlimited PTO but 45-60 days notice recommended for approval - High turnover, reps being fired on ramp

While we do have a flexible PTO policy, we do ask for advance notice for extended time off (for example: two or more consecutive weeks) to best prepare our teammates for coverage while a team member is out. Flexible remote work, good culture in the beginning

Cons

Very cliquey group, and not necessarily for the reasons of shared company success. Lack of forecasting; You never know which department might see cuts next, but the one consistent piece is, there WILL be department cuts.
