The Executive team and Co-Founders bring valuable startup experience, and the culture is nothing short of amazing—smart, inclusive, and respectful. Great office location in Central Square. Some great, highly talented people here you'll work alongside. Good pay, ok benefits.

Leadership has no idea what they want the company to be. They had a good idea with the original monitor, then had NO idea how to build a sustainable business with it once handed a massive Series C funding round, The caliber of leadership at the company is just not good enough to salvage what's left of the company after the trainwreck of a deal with Schneider Electric. Sort of a culture of toxic positivity despite obvious issues with the business. Layoffs handled poorly.
