Pros
The company is moving in the right direction. It really values ownership- if you own your role and make progress, you can go far. Mistakes carry consequences, but that should be true anywhere. Your first mistake here won't be your last, contrary to some opinions.
Cons
Not for everyone. If you want to blend in and just get by, don't expect a long career here anymore. Watch out for those that think they will get ahead by stepping on others. There is less and less of that, but it lingers...
