Pros
Pay and benefits were very good. They try to match the hourly wages of other surrounding manufacturing plants. Great group of people to work with.
Cons
No work life balance. Management and supervisors don't care about you or what might be going on in your personal life. All the company cares about is production and making money. Safety is a joke. The company preaches a safety first environment but wont fix any safety issues until after someone gets hurt. Safety training is very lacking and the emergency response team is poorly trained. Overall poor work environment. Their are a lot of people that do not like their jobs but refuse to leave because of the good pay. The saying they have is "the company keeps you there with 'golden handcuffs'."
