Pros
- If you are pro-active, this is a good place to be for your personal development: either in your funtional role, through internal promotions or international assignments - Ongoing efforts are put into creating a good employee experience. They have come a long way over the last years including employee feedback/surveys that are the basis for continuous improvements.
Cons
- Many countries/regions - as well as the groups' headquarters in the USA - have not yet adopted a global approach. This needs more attention.
