      The hiring process went very quickly. I was surprised to get an offer as soon as I did. Great on-boarding program. Everyone has been helpful and I've settled into my new role with great ease.

      Pros

      My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
