      Large organisation with many levels, but a tenacious employee would thrive in this environment

      Pros

      My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
