      met some nice people in here

      no transparent feedback culture and expectations. depressing surroundings, full of unhappy people. for a company to dismiss an employee at the very last day of probation, 2 hours before end of business day, without any prior negative feedback or warnings, says a lot on how this company appreciates their employees

      Pros

      My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
