      Very clicky and union runs the plant. Pay is not equal for woman to man and all depends on who you are in how you are treated.

      Have to wear formal, communication with other departments might be difficult.

      Pros

      My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

      Cons

      The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.
