Very bad management and awful workplace - Regulatory Affairs Specialist Sensient Technologies Employee Review

My job allows for me to creatively problem solve. Very competitive pay. Excellent work life balance.

The only con is the dress code. Dressing business professional to visit customers is no issue. But working day to day with colors in business professional dress can be messy.

There is a strong in-office culture with great people who are eager to help one another succeed. Business continues to boom with new developments and provides opportunities across a wide variety of roles for internal promotions. As a leader in the industry, it is easy to stand behind the products made at Sensient and allows for great confidence in what we create.

The company has a fairly strict policy on working in-office and enforces a business professional dress code, which can be limiting in daily flexibility but does provide strong guidelines for seperating work and personal life.
