      work/life balance, culture, environment, I get the support I need but I am not micromanaged

      I wish the office was a little closer to my house, but I can work from home if I need to.

      Pros

      It was a good company to work at when I was there, The people were the best part. Good culture and it felt like management cared about you.

      Cons

      Pay was below average when I was there. It also didn't seem like there was much room for growth since everything was based on what contract you were assigned.
