Staff are quickly and effectively empowered to support customer facing activities, company operations, and business development/market capture. Successfully grown local office by identifying diverse experts in support of challenging work; as a result, the company is being exceptionally well-received by existing customer base. Organization is small enough to retain a close-knit culture, which is supporting both staff retention and development, market capture, etc.
Cons
As company expands, areas for internal process development naturally occurs. This sometimes requires some measure of patience; particularly from someone who may have come from and prefer large organization protocols.
